Join Our Collective Impact

Turning rage into rainbows.

 Don’t hate. Donate, today.

What can you do with the haters in your feed?

Ignore their hate. Go Donate, in their honor.

Don’t argue.

They don’t want to listen to you anyway. If they were listening they would have remained quiet.

Don’t give it energy.

There are way too many problems to steer you away from all your hard work trying to make this world a decent place.

Don’t hate. Donate.

Instead, take that energy and “put your money where their mouth is.” Go ahead. Be an agent, for change.

About Us

Who are we?

We’re just two very cynical people who were practically strangers a year ago. We bonded over our mutual love of being unapologetic as our full selves, the inability of some to simply be decent humans, and blue hair.

Madison is a startup enthusiast whose passionate about building cultures that attract and retain talent. Her mission: Ensure future generations won’t suffer the same toxic workplaces because we shifted corporate culture for them today.

Emily bailed on toxic bro-culture and founded coFLOWco to support startups and founders in changing work “for good”. Her mission: Make work not suck for humanity.

We no longer accept the status quo.

We are building inclusive workplaces where anyone could be themselves, collaborate in peace, and thrive.

Our theory of change:

Established institutions are unlikely to change radically enough or fast enough to make everyone feel safe.

The best way to create safer, more inclusive workplaces? Build them from the ground up.

Why me? Let’s compare.

The experience of harassment online for women is universal.

The level of the harassment and the results of filing a report are not.

Black woman: Someone made a 30 minute video calling her some horrible stuff. She deals with racist, sexist, and homophobic comments every hour, on the hour. Most often her trolls continue with impunity.

Madison Butler is an HR expert woman getting actual death threats and followed from platform to platform.

Granted her latest post got almost 1 million views.

Madison was the originator of this wonderful idea. She has the ability to just say the damn thing, including calling out racism and homophobia.

Follow her on social and help amplify her message: there’s no room for hate at work. Love is love is love. Black Lives Matter.

White woman: A troll said two things and after Emily reported it, the entire account was gone within minutes. She occasionally deals with antisemitic B.S. and explaining why “you shouldn’t say that”.

Emily Weltman is a Biz Dev Consultant, who gets run-of-the-mill misogyny and condescending shit.

Granted her latest post got about 4,000 views.

Unfortunately online is simply another space where the patriarchy still prevails. Emily calls B.S. on tech platforms, especially social media.

Follow her to learn more about social enterprise and how collective action can change the world. Black Lives Matter.

Gratitude.

Madison thanks Emily for being an apologetic voice and an accomplice in making the world a better and safer place.

Emily thanks Madison for her continued tea service, energy to challenge bias, and her bravery in the face of some seriously f&%ked up online harassment.

 We’re taking intentional actions to change🔥😡🍋 into🌞🍭🌈.
